योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-115, verse-17

यथार्थकाले मतिमानसंसक्तमना मुनिः ।
कार्यानुरूपवृत्तस्थो महाकर्ता स उच्यते ॥ १७ ॥
