गाधिरुवाच ।
भ्रान्तोऽस्मि देव षण्मासान्भूतकीरजनास्पदम् ।
तत्र व्यभिचरत्यस्मद्वृत्तान्तो न कथास्वपि ॥ ५ ॥

gādhiruvāca ,
bhrānto'smi deva ṣaṇmāsānbhūtakīrajanāspadam ,
tatra vyabhicaratyasmadvṛttānto na kathāsvapi 5

gādhiḥ uvāca bhrāntaḥ asmi deva ṣaṭmāsān bhūtakīrajanāspadam
tatra vyabhicarati asmat-vṛttāntaḥ na kathāsu api

gādhiḥ uvāca,
"deva,
asmi bhrāntaḥ ṣaṭmāsān bhūtakīrajanāspadam.
tatra asmat-vṛttāntaḥ kathāsu api na vyabhicarati.

Gādhi replied: "O Lord, for six months I have been bewildered in that place of parrot-like beings. There, my experience (or account) does not falter, not even in stories."
