योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-49, verse-29

तथैव विकलत्रत्वं प्राप्य देशान्तरं गतः ।
बभूव कीरनृपतिः प्रविवेशानलं ततः ॥ २९ ॥
tathaiva vikalatratvaṃ prāpya deśāntaraṃ gataḥ ,
babhūva kīranṛpatiḥ praviveśānalaṃ tataḥ 29
29. tathā eva vikalatratvam prāpya deśāntaram gataḥ
babhūva kīranṛpatiḥ praviveśa analam tataḥ
29. tathā eva vikalatratvam prāpya deśāntaram gataḥ kīranṛpatiḥ babhūva,
tataḥ analam praviveśa.
29. Having thus attained the state of being without a wife (vikalatratvam) and having gone to another country, he became the king of parrots, and then entered the fire.
