तेनासौ भ्रमयोगेषु सुखदुःखविलासिषु ।
न निमज्जति मग्नोऽपि तुम्बीपात्रमिवाम्भसि ॥ ३६ ॥

36. Therefore, that individual, even when immersed in the delusive states that are characterized by the play of pleasure and pain, does not sink, much like a gourd vessel (tumbīpātra) in water.
