योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-49, verse-38

ज्ञानस्यापरिपूर्णत्वान्न शक्रोषि मनोभ्रमम् ।
विनिवारयितुं मेघमसम्यग्यत्नवानिव ॥ ३८ ॥

38. Due to the incompleteness of your knowledge, you are unable to prevent mental delusion, just like someone with insufficient effort trying to ward off a cloud.
