प्राणापानप्रवाहेण प्रविश्य हृदयं भृगोः ।
क्रमेण वीर्यतामेत्य संपन्नौशनसी तनुः ॥ ३१ ॥

31. Through the flow of the life-breaths (prāṇa and apāna), having entered the heart of Bhṛgu, and gradually attaining the state of semen, it became the body of Uśanas (Śukra).
