योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-71, verse-33

त्यजत्याशु मृदित्यज्ञः प्राप्यापि कनकाङ्गदम् ।
मया सूचित्वलोभेन संत्यक्तं भासुरं वपुः ॥ ३३ ॥
tyajatyāśu mṛdityajñaḥ prāpyāpi kanakāṅgadam ,
mayā sūcitvalobhena saṃtyaktaṃ bhāsuraṃ vapuḥ 33
33. tyajati āśu mṛt iti ajñaḥ prāpya api kanaka-aṅgadam
mayā sūcitva-lobhena saṃtyaktam bhāsuram vapuḥ
33. ajñaḥ iti mṛt prāpya api kanaka-aṅgadam āśu tyajati
mayā sūcitva-lobhena bhāsuram vapuḥ saṃtyaktam
33. An ignorant person (ajñaḥ) quickly abandons clay (mṛt) even after obtaining a golden armlet. By me, out of greed for minuteness (sūcitvalobhena), a lustrous body (bhāsuraṃ vapuḥ) was abandoned.
