किम् मन्दया मया तादृक् तत् महावपुः संत्यक्तम् यथा नाशेन वा भाव्यम् तथा अशुभा मतिः उद एति ।

Why was that grand body (mahāvapus) abandoned by me, so dull-witted? My inauspicious thought (mati) arises, suggesting that ruin (nāśa) is inevitable.
