योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-71, verse-16

उत्थितः स्फारवेतालः कुर्वत्याः शान्तिमद्य मे ।
सर्वनाशोऽवदातेन प्रवृत्ताया ममोदिता ॥ १६ ॥
utthitaḥ sphāravetālaḥ kurvatyāḥ śāntimadya me ,
sarvanāśo'vadātena pravṛttāyā mamoditā 16

16. स्फारवेतालः उत्थितः अद्य शान्तिम् कुर्वत्याः मे प्रवृत्तायाः मम (मतिः) सर्वनाशः अवदातेन उदिता (अस्ति) ।
16. A formidable ghost (vetāla) has arisen. Today, as I, who am engaged in cultivating peace (śānti), my own mind (mati) has arisen with the thought that complete destruction (sarvanāśa) has been declared for me by a pure being, as I have already committed myself [to this path].
