स्वं स्वप्नवित्पुरमिव चिन्मात्रात्मकमेव यत् ॥ ८ ॥

This entity, which has the nature of consciousness (ātman), will indeed later create its own earth and other elements, just like a city known to a dreamer, which is itself solely of the nature of mere consciousness.
