योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-1, verse-33

यथायं स्वविकल्पोत्थः स्वविकल्पपरिक्षयात् ।
क्षीयते दग्धसंसारो निःसार इति निश्चयः ॥ ३३ ॥
yathāyaṃ svavikalpotthaḥ svavikalpaparikṣayāt ,
kṣīyate dagdhasaṃsāro niḥsāra iti niścayaḥ 33
33. yathā ayam sva-vikalpa-utthaḥ sva-vikalpa-parikṣayāt
kṣīyate dagdha-saṃsāraḥ niḥsāraḥ iti niścayaḥ
33. yathā ayam sva-vikalpa-utthaḥ sva-vikalpa-parikṣayāt
kṣīyate dagdha-saṃsāraḥ niḥsāraḥ iti niścayaḥ
33. Just as this cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra) arises from one's own conceptualization, it perishes with the complete elimination of that conceptualization. When the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra) is thus burnt away, it is realized to be without essence—this is the firm conclusion.
