वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-27, verse-40

तस्य मूर्धनि सोल्काभा पतन्ती च तदा बभौ ।
सहस्राक्षसमुत्सृष्टा गिराविव महाशनिः ॥४०॥
40. tasya mūrdhani solkābhā patantī ca tadā babhau ,
sahasrākṣasamutsṛṣṭā girāviva mahāśaniḥ.

babhau sahasrākṣa-samutsṛṣṭā girau iva mahāśaniḥ

40. As it fell on his head, it shone like a meteor and appeared like a great thunderbolt hurled by Indra (sahasrākṣa) onto a mountain.
