वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-34, verse-17

कच्चिन्मित्राणि लभते मित्रैश्चाप्यभिगम्यते ।
कच्चित् कल्याणमित्रश्च मित्रैश्चापि पुरस्कृतः ॥१७॥
17. kaccinmitrāṇi labhate mitraiścāpyabhigamyate ,
kaccit kalyāṇamitraśca mitraiścāpi puraskṛtaḥ.
