वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-28, verse-16

अन्तरं त्वहमासाद्य राक्षसीनामिह स्थितः ।
शनैराश्वासयिष्यामि संतापबहुलामिमाम् ॥१६॥
16. antaraṃ tvahamāsādya rākṣasīnāmiha sthitaḥ ,
śanairāśvāsayiṣyāmi saṃtāpabahulāmimām.
16. antaram tu aham āsādya rākṣasīnām iha sthitaḥ
śanaiḥ āśvāsayiṣyāmi saṃtāpabahulām imām
16. aham tu iha rākṣasīnām antaram āsādya sthitaḥ,

16. Having found an opportunity while present here among the female demons, I will gently console this one (Sītā), who is overwhelmed with sorrow.
