बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-36, verse-39

विद्वान् पारावते श्रीमान् देवलोके सवाहनः ।
ऐरावतस्थिते जातो विख्यातो भूपवन्दितः ॥३९॥

39. If the lord of the Ascendant is in Parāvatāṃśa, the person is learned and prosperous. If in Devalokāṃśa, they are endowed with conveyances. When born with the lord in Airāvatāṃśa, the individual becomes renowned and honored by rulers.
