बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-36, verse-22

कालज्ञः करुणामूर्तिर्गुणधीबलरूपवान् ।
यशोविद्यातपस्वी च मत्स्ययोगे हि जायते ॥२२॥
