धर्मलग्नगते सौम्ये पञ्चमे सदसद्युते ।
पापे च चतुरस्रस्थे योगोऽयं मत्स्यसंज्ञकः ॥२१॥

21. dharmalagnagate saumye pañcame sadasadyute .
pāpe ca caturasrasthe yogo'yaṃ matsyasaṃjñakaḥ.

21. dharma-lagna-gate saumye pañcame sat-asat-yute
pāpe ca caturasra-sthe yogaḥ ayam matsya-saṃjñakaḥ

21. When benefic planets are located in the ninth house (dharma) and the first house, the fifth house is associated with both benefic and malefic planets, and malefic planets are situated in the angular houses, this astrological combination is known as Matsya Yoga.
