जायाधीशः शुभैर्युक्तो दृष्टो वा बलसंयुतः ।
तदा जातो धनी मानी सुखसौभाग्यसंयुतः ॥४॥

4. jāyādhīśaḥ śubhairyukto dṛṣṭo vā balasaṃyutaḥ .
tadā jāto dhanī mānī sukhasaubhāgyasaṃyutaḥ.

If the lord of the seventh house (jāyādhīśa) is conjoined with or aspected by benefic planets, or is endowed with strength, then the native will be wealthy, respected, and endowed with happiness and good fortune.
