मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-77, verse-24

संज्ञेयमिति मन्वानो द्वितीयायामहस्पतिः ।
जनयामास तनयौ कन्याञ्चैकां मनोरमाम् ॥२४॥
24. saṃjñeyamiti manvāno dvitīyāyāmahaspatiḥ .
janayāmāsa tanayau kanyāñcaikāṃ manoramām.
24. saṃjñā iyam iti manvānaḥ dvitīyāyām ahaspatiḥ
janayām āsa tanayau kanyām ca ekām manoramām
24. Believing her to be Saṃjñā, the Sun (ahaspati) begot two sons and one charming daughter from the second woman (Chāyā).
