काखिराज उवाच ।
किं निमित्तं भवान् प्राप्तो निष्पन्नोर्ऽथश्च कस्तव ।
सुबाहो तन्ममाचक्ष्व परं कौतूहलं हि मे ॥२॥

2. kākhirāja uvāca .
kiṃ nimittaṃ bhavān prāpto niṣpannor'thaśca kastava .
subāho tanmamācakṣva paraṃ kautūhalaṃ hi me.

King Kākhi said: 'O Subāhu, for what reason did you come, and what purpose of yours has been accomplished? Tell me that, for indeed, my curiosity is immense.'
