यदि स्यान्म किन्न स्यादन्यस्थेऽपि हि तन्मयि ॥३३॥

In this assemblage of five [constituents of the body and mind], happiness and unhappiness fluctuate, becoming either deficient or excessive. If these were truly mine, why would they not be constant? Indeed, even when present in another, that [same principle of experience] is still within me (ātman).
