मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-134, verse-38

पुराणाक्षरसंख्या च प्रख्याता तत्त्वबुद्धिना ।
श्लोकानां षट्सहस्राणि तथा चाष्टशतानि च ॥३८॥
