गन्धपुष्पैस्तथा वस्त्रैर्ब्राह्मणानां च तर्पणैः ॥१७॥

17. yaḥ śrāvayetpūjayettaṃ yathā devaṃ pitāmaham .
gandhapuṣpaistathā vastrairbrāhmaṇānāṃ ca tarpaṇaiḥ.

17.
Whoever recites [this Purāṇa] or causes it to be heard, should honor that person just as [one would honor] the revered god Brahmā (pitāmaha), with fragrances, flowers, and garments, and with offerings (tarpaṇa) to Brahmins (brāhmaṇa).
