महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-11, verse-7

तथा मद्राधिपस्यापि गदावेगं महात्मनः ।
सोढुमुत्सहते नान्यो योधो युधि वृकोदरात् ॥७॥
7. tathā madrādhipasyāpi gadāvegaṁ mahātmanaḥ ,
soḍhumutsahate nānyo yodho yudhi vṛkodarāt.
7. tathā madradhipasya api gadāvegam mahātmanaḥ
soḍhum utsahate na anyaḥ yodhaḥ yudhi vṛkodarāt
7. tathā yudhi madradhipasya api mahātmanaḥ gadāvegam
vṛkodarāt anyaḥ yodhaḥ na soḍhum utsahate
7. Similarly, in battle, no other warrior (yodha) except Vṛkodara (Bhīma) is able to endure the mace's might of the great-souled (mahātman) king of Madras (Madrarāja).
