महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-8, verse-6

तैः स्फुरद्भिर्मही भाति रक्ताङ्गुलितलैस्तदा ।
गरुडप्रहतैरुग्रैः पञ्चास्यैरिव पन्नगैः ॥६॥
6. taiḥ sphuradbhirmahī bhāti raktāṅgulitalaistadā ,
garuḍaprahatairugraiḥ pañcāsyairiva pannagaiḥ.

6. At that time, the earth appeared radiant with those quivering (arms) whose finger-palms were red, resembling fierce, five-headed serpents struck down by Garuda.
