महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-8, verse-42

पुरा नागस्य पतनादवप्लुत्य स्थितो महीम् ।
भीमसेनो रिपोर्नागं गदया समपोथयत् ॥४२॥
42. purā nāgasya patanādavaplutya sthito mahīm ,
bhīmaseno ripornāgaṁ gadayā samapothayat.

42. Before his (Bhima's) elephant fell, Bhimasena jumped down and stood on the ground, then crushed the enemy's elephant with his mace.
