महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-143, verse-14

यज्ञसेनस्तु समरे कर्णपुत्रं महारथम् ।
षष्ट्या शराणां विव्याध बाह्वोरुरसि चानघ ॥१४॥
14. yajñasenastu samare karṇaputraṁ mahāratham ,
ṣaṣṭyā śarāṇāṁ vivyādha bāhvorurasi cānagha.
14. yajñasenaḥ tu samare karṇa-putram mahāratham
ṣaṣṭyā śarāṇām vivyādha bāhvoḥ urasi ca anagha
14. tu anagha yajñasenaḥ samare mahāratham karṇa-putram
ṣaṣṭyā śarāṇām bāhvoḥ urasi ca vivyādha
14. But Yajñasena, O sinless one, in battle pierced Karna's son, the great warrior (mahāratha), with sixty arrows on both his arms and on his chest.
