कर्णः पार्थान्सगोविन्दाञ्जेतुमुत्सहते रणे ।
न च कर्णसमं योधं लोके पश्यामि कंचन ।
इति दुर्योधनस्याहमश्रौषं जल्पतो मुहुः ॥२॥

2. karṇaḥ pārthānsagovindāñjetumutsahate raṇe ,

Karna is eager to conquer the Pāṇḍavas, along with Govinda (Krishna), in battle. And I do not see anyone in the world who is a warrior equal to Karna. I heard Duryodhana speaking thus repeatedly.
