महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-108, verse-15

तस्मान्मे संजय ब्रूहि कर्णभीमौ यथा रणे ।
अयुध्येतां युधि श्रेष्ठौ परस्परवधैषिणौ ॥१५॥
15. tasmānme saṁjaya brūhi karṇabhīmau yathā raṇe ,
ayudhyetāṁ yudhi śreṣṭhau parasparavadhaiṣiṇau.

ayudhyetām yudhi śreṣṭhāu parasparavadhaiṣiṇāu
15. sañjaya tasmāt me brūhi yathā yudhi śreṣṭhāu

15. Therefore, Sañjaya, tell me how Karṇa and Bhīma, both foremost in battle and desirous of killing each other, fought in the fray.
