महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-70, verse-30

तमुवाच कलिर्भीतो वेपमानः कृताञ्जलिः ।
कोपं संयच्छ नृपते कीर्तिं दास्यामि ते पराम् ॥३०॥
30. tamuvāca kalirbhīto vepamānaḥ kṛtāñjaliḥ ,
kopaṁ saṁyaccha nṛpate kīrtiṁ dāsyāmi te parām.
30. tam uvāca kaliḥ bhītaḥ vepamānaḥ kṛtāñjaliḥ
kopam saṃyaccha nṛpate kīrtim dāsyāmi te parām
30. Frightened, trembling, and with folded hands, Kali said to him: "Restrain your anger, O king! I will give you supreme fame."
