śakunistvāṁ yadājaiṣīdakṣadyūtena bhārata ,

Sahadeva said: "O descendant of Bharata (Yudhiṣṭhira), when Śakuni defeated you through the dice game, he was not slain by me then. Because of that (failure to kill him), we have fallen into this perilous uncertainty."
