महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-30, verse-27

तौ तु शप्त्वा भृशं क्रुद्धौ परस्परममर्षणौ ।
प्रतिजग्मतुरन्योन्यं क्रुद्धाविव गजोत्तमौ ॥२७॥
27. tau tu śaptvā bhṛśaṁ kruddhau parasparamamarṣaṇau ,
pratijagmaturanyonyaṁ kruddhāviva gajottamau.

27. But those two, having cursed each other intensely, both exceedingly enraged and intolerant of one another, departed, each to their own way, like two infuriated, excellent elephants.
