महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-78, verse-29

धर्मज्ञ इति विख्यात एष राजा भृगूद्वह ।
अतिक्रान्तश्च मर्यादां काव्यैतत्कथयामि ते ॥२९॥
29. dharmajña iti vikhyāta eṣa rājā bhṛgūdvaha ,
atikrāntaśca maryādāṁ kāvyaitatkathayāmi te.

29. This king, O descendant of Bhrigu, is renowned as a knower of dharma. Yet he has transgressed the proper limits, O Kāvya; this I tell you.
