योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-213, verse-9

शिष्यते हि चिदाकाशमव्ययस्यानुमीयते ।
तत्कालशेषतानेन सर्गानुभवहेतुना ॥ ९ ॥
śiṣyate hi cidākāśamavyayasyānumīyate ,
tatkālaśeṣatānena sargānubhavahetunā 9
9. śiṣyate hi cidākāśam avyayasya anumīyate
tatkālaśeṣatā anena sargānubhavahetunā
9. avyayasya cidākāśam hi śiṣyate tatkālaśeṣatā

9. Indeed, only the consciousness-space (cidākāśa) of the immutable (avyaya) [reality] remains. Its (cidākāśa's) state of being a remnant (śeṣatā) from that time (tatkāla) [of dissolution] is inferred by this [fact]: its being the cause (hetu) of [future] creation (sarga) and experience (anubhava).
