योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-213, verse-44

न कश्चिच्चैव कर्तेह न च भोक्ता तथाविदाम् ।
कश्चिदीश्वर एवेह कर्ता भोक्ता तथाविदाम् ॥ ४४ ॥

44. For those who understand this (tathāvida), neither is there any (individual) doer nor any (individual) enjoyer here. Rather, for those who understand this, it is only some supreme Lord (īśvara) who is the doer and enjoyer here.
