सर्गादौ चिन्नभः स्थित्वा दृश्यमित्येव तिष्ठति ॥ ११ ॥

Just as wind (anila) stirs within itself (ātmani) like a whirlpool, so also, at the beginning of creation, pure consciousness (cit) abides in the ether, persisting as merely the perceptible (dṛśyam).
