tena eṣaḥ vīta-havyaḥ vi-vāsanaḥ (san),
hṛdi saṃvedana-ākāśe nānā-vidhāni jaganti paridṛṣṭavān.

Therefore, this Vītahavya, who was free from latent impressions (vāsanā), perceived many different worlds within the expanse of his consciousness (saṃvedana-ākāśa) in his heart (hṛdi).
