योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-67, verse-29

अन्तःसङ्गो हि संसारे सर्वेषां राम देहिनाम् ।
जरामरणमोहानां तरूणां बीजकारणम् ॥ २९ ॥
