योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-39, verse-17

प्राणापानपरामृष्टानाडीविवरसंविदः ।
वातार्तस्येव पद्मस्य स्पन्दोऽस्य समजायत ॥ १७ ॥
prāṇāpānaparāmṛṣṭānāḍīvivarasaṃvidaḥ ,
