योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-39, verse-1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इति संचिन्त्य सर्वात्मा क्षीरोदादात्मकात्पुरात् ।
चचाल परिवारेण सह सानुरिवाचलः ॥ १ ॥
śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca ,
iti saṃcintya sarvātmā kṣīrodādātmakātpurāt ,
cacāla parivāreṇa saha sānurivācalaḥ 1

ātmakāt purāt cacāla parivāreṇa saha sānuḥ iva acalaḥ

1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Having thus reflected, the Universal Self (ātman) departed from his abode, which was like the Milk Ocean itself. He moved with his retinue, like a mountain (acala) accompanied by its peaks.
