श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
एवमेतन्महाबाहो नासत्संभवति क्वचित् ।
कदाचित्किंचिदप्येव बृहत्संपद्यते तनु ॥ १२ ॥

12. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: "O mighty-armed one, this is indeed true: that which is non-existent (asat) can never come into being. Similarly, something vast (bṛhat) can at times become subtle (tanu)."
