रूपं कथय मे ब्रह्मन्यथावत्परमात्मनः ।
यस्मिन्दृष्टे मनो मोहान्समग्रान्संतरिष्यति ॥ १८ ॥

Shri Rāma said: O revered Brahman (referring to Vasiṣṭha), please describe to me precisely the true nature (rūpam) of the Supreme Self (paramātman). When that (nature) is perceived, the mind will transcend all its delusions.
