पुंसां नानेन सर्गस्य दुःखस्यान्त इति स्वयम् ॥ २० ॥

Having created these things, the divine creator of beings (bhūtakṛt) again thought to himself, "For human beings, there is no end to suffering (duḥkha) through this creation."
