योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-10, verse-12

स्पन्दास्पन्दसमाकारात्ततो विष्णुरजायत ।
स्यन्दमानरसापूरात्तरङ्गः सागरादिव ॥ १२ ॥
spandāspandasamākārāttato viṣṇurajāyata ,

12. From that state of both vibration and non-vibration, Viṣṇu was born, just as a wave arises from the abundant surge of water in an ocean.
