योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-17, verse-5

अलमन्तर्भ्रमायैव तृष्णातरलिताशया ।
आयाता विषमोल्लासमूर्मिरम्बुनिधाविव ॥ ५ ॥
alamantarbhramāyaiva tṛṣṇātaralitāśayā ,
āyātā viṣamollāsamūrmirambunidhāviva 5
5. alam antar bhramāya eva tṛṣṇātaralitāśayā
āyātā viṣamollāsam ūrmiḥ ambunidhau iva
5. A mind (āśaya) agitated by craving (tṛṣṇā) serves only for internal delusion; it has come to perverse delight, just like a wave (ūrmi) in the ocean.
