वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-23, verse-41

ततस्ते विमुखाः सर्वे पतिता धरणीतले ।
रणात् स्वपुरुषैः शीघ्रं गृहाण्येव प्रवेशिताः ॥४१॥
41. tataste vimukhāḥ sarve patitā dharaṇītale ,
raṇāt svapuruṣaiḥ śīghraṃ gṛhāṇyeva praveśitāḥ.
41. tataḥ te vimukhāḥ sarve patitāḥ dharaṇītale
raṇāt svapuruṣaiḥ śīghram gṛhāṇi eva praveśitāḥ
41. Then, all of them, having turned away and fallen to the ground, were quickly taken by their own men from the battle straight back to their homes.
