18. yasmāccandraḥ prabhavati śītaraśmiḥ prajāhitaḥ ,
yaṃ samāsādya jīvanti phenapāḥ paramarṣayaḥ ,
amṛtaṃ yatra cotpannaṃ surā cāpi surāśinām.

From which the moon, with its cool rays and beneficial to all beings, originates. Having reached which, the great sages (muni) known as Phenapas (foam-drinkers) subsist. And where the nectar and also wine for the gods were produced.
