क्षरन्तीं च पयो नित्यं सुरभिं गामवस्थिताम् ।
यस्याः पयोविनिष्यन्दात् क्षीरोदो नाम सागरः ॥१७॥

17. kṣarantīṃ ca payo nityaṃ surabhiṃ gāmavasthitām ,
yasyāḥ payoviniṣyandāt kṣīrodo nāma sāgaraḥ.

17. And he saw the cow (go) Surabhi, perpetually exuding milk, from whose copious flow of milk the ocean named Kṣīroda came into being.
