वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-67, verse-32

रावणिस्तु दिशः सर्वा रथेनातिरथः पतन् ।
विव्याध तौ दाशरथी लघ्वस्त्रो निशितैः शरैः ॥३२॥
32. rāvaṇistu diśaḥ sarvā rathenātirathaḥ patan ,
vivyādha tau dāśarathī laghvastro niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ.

32. Rāvaṇa's son, an exceptional charioteer who was quick with his weapons, swiftly traversing all directions in his chariot, pierced those two sons of Daśaratha (Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa) with his sharp arrows.
