वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-33, verse-21

जम्बूमाली रथस्थस्तु रथशक्त्या महाबलः ।
बिभेद समरे क्रुद्धो हनूमन्तं स्तनान्तरे ॥२१॥
21. jambūmālī rathasthastu rathaśaktyā mahābalaḥ ,
bibheda samare kruddho hanūmantaṃ stanāntare.
21. jambūmālī ratha-sthaḥ tu ratha-śaktyā mahābalaḥ
bibheda samare kruddhaḥ hanūmantam stana-antare
21. But the exceedingly mighty Jambumali, enraged and positioned on his chariot, pierced Hanuman in the chest with a chariot-spear during the battle.
